Concrete Repair & Refinishing
Concrete is meant to be a very durable structure. Still, it can crack and develop problems over time. Of course, when we are setting up the concrete one of the things that we want to do is make sure that this is not something that is going to happen on a short term basis. Also, if you are looking at your concrete surface and you feel that it has gotten a bit dull or stale you can give us a call. We would be more than happy to help you out giving the area an update.
How Do I Know When I Need Repairs? This is actually a very valid question that we get often. As we have mentioned before certain cracks in the concrete are not a major cause for concern. That does not mean that you should never be concerned. If you have one small crack and time goes by and it just stays the same and does not really develop there is no major issue. If there is a specific area within your concrete floors that just keeps cracking or these cracks are getting larger then you should really not hesitate to give us a call. Everything Is On the Table In Refinishing When it comes to refinishing, or repairs, in general, you can rest assured that we are going to be able to help you throughout the whole process. Most of the times we are going to have to remove existing concrete slabs first. So in sense, we are going to be able to help you from the teardown part all the way through to putting all of those finishing touches. The finishing touches can include things like staining the concrete or other procedures to change the overall look of the area or help ensure that you won’t have any more issues showing up. Major Overhaul or Light Repairs If you just have a couple of cracks we are going to be able to fix most of your problems by just filling these cracks up. Usually, we will know that you are facing a bigger issue if the same cracks keep forming over and over. If you have a deep crack or situation where the ground literally feels ripped apart then in those cases it is really no brainer. What we are going to want to do is come in and just remove the entire concrete slab and replace it with a new one. Types of Surfaces That We Can Repair The easiest way to put it is by saying if it is made of concrete we are going to be able to repair it. This is going to include surfaces such as driveways, indoor flooring, parking lots, patios, pool areas. There are really not many surfaces that we are not going to be able to tackle. Actually, you are going to be able to give us a call and ask for repairs even if we were not the ones that installed the surface in the first place! |
